With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joni A. Alverson (Rushville, Indiana), who passed away on May 17, 2018 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her spouse Steve Alverson; her sons, Carl Liggett (Lauren Perin) and Curt Liggett; her siblings, David Clark (Kristal) of Indianapolis and Julie Mahan (Kevin) of Rushville; and her nieces, Anne Clark Mertensmeyer, Christine Clark Hackett, Katherine Mahan McClellan and Kristin Mahan Scheumann.
Joni battled cancer with dignity, strength, and great courage, and she requested that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
