He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Richard (Heidi), Rebecca McDonald, Daniel (Karen), John (Diana) and Deborah Milam (Dave); his grandchildren, Laura Rigsbee, Kyle McDonald (Katie), Brian Rigsbee, Sarah Rigsbee and Emily Rigsbee; and his great grandchildren, Lillie McDonald and Grace McDonald. He is also survived by his parents, brother Al, and daughter-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Blue River Wesleyan Church.
