Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved JoEllen McLaughlin of Rushville, Indiana, born in Muncie, Indiana, who passed away at the age of 97, on March 7, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Bradburn and Rose Bradburn (Windmiller); her husband Carl McLaughlin; her siblings, Charles Bradburn, Clarence Jr., Shirley Boguske and Marie Brown; her children, Mike McLaughlin and Trisha Y. McLaughlin Howard; and her grandsons, Michael and Chris McLaughlin.

She is survived by: her daughter Karla Skeen (Thomas) of Rushville. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.
