She was predeceased by: her father Floyd Hersley; her husband Roy L. Hornaday; her children, Steve Hornaday, Roy Brett Hornaday and Maricia Roberts; her granddaughter Yalanda; and her siblings, John Hersley, Richard Hersley, Larry Hersley, Edith, Joyce, Betty and Diane.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Hornaday (Janet), Craig Hornaday (Dawn) and Melody Kaster (Brian); and her brother David Michael Hersley (Denise). She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.
