He is survived by: his sons, James "Rusty" Bartlett III (Julie) of Rushville, IN, Todd Bartlett (Donneda) of Rushville, IN and Christopher Kincaid of Colorado; his stepson Kelly Bryant of Fort Worth, TX; his sisters, Thea Sayers of North Carolina and Cindy Mowie of Texas; his former wife Pat Bartlett of Fort Worth, TX.; and his grandchildren, Alex, Andrew Armstrong and Bella Bartlett.
