With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Clarkson of Rushville, Indiana, who passed away on January 10, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Mary Carolyn Clarkson Kinder; his great grandchild James Tanner Clarkson; and his former wife Jacqueline Kiplinger. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Jeanie Clarkson Hahn (John), Ann Clarkson Bowman (Charlie) and Mike Clarkson (Kris); his stepdaughters, Julie Jane Moster Pappas (Bill) and Jenni-Lynn Moster Gilbert; his grandchildren, Christopher Hahn (Christy), Elizabeth Jean Cassidy (Michael), Whitney Bowman, Daniel Bowman (Emma), Heather Grimmie (Rich), Jon Paul Clarkson, Cara Moran (Joe), Taylor Gilbert, Stacey Weber (Hans), Angie Bowman, Chas Bowman (Andrea) and Nikki Hartwell (Brad); his great grandchildren, Jacob Hahn, John Cassidy, Shelby Elizabeth Hahn, Lily Grace Cassidy, Norah Daisy, Natalie Rose Bowman, Kreigh Springman (Rachel), Adam Grimmie and Lane Palmer (Eva); his grandchildren, Abe, Jonah Weber, Ella, Addy, Lydia, Jack Bowman, Koryna Augh, Sofia, Bentlee and Karoline Hartwell; his great great grandchildren, Jackson Palmer, Peyton Sorell and Jocelyn Morris-Alexander; his niece Mary Jayne Apple (Brad); and his nephews, Mark Kinder (Reba) and David Kinder (Ruth).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (1431 US-52, Rushville, IN 46173). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
