He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellen J. Welch and Henry J. Snyder. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Marie Merrell; his children, Debbie Banks (Kevin) of Rushville, IN, Mark Snyder (Taunie) of Vincennes, IN and Matt (Andrea Wilson Snyder) of Sellersburg, IN.; his grandchildren, Devin Banks, Danniella Banks, Karyn Banks, Kirah Banks, Leandra Long (Kyle), Dr. Lindsay Yoder (Austin) and Mattie Snyder; his great grandchild Peyton Long; and his siblings, Charlotte Raby of New Castle, IN, Ruth Ross of Cambridge City, IN, Dorothy King (Ronald) of Woodbury, MN., John W. Snyder of Milroy, IN and James A. Snyder of Connersville, IN.
