She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary E. Self (Mayse) and James M. Self. She is survived by: her siblings, Betty J. Self of Greensburg, Evrin Earl Self of Greensburg and James M. Self II of Columbus; her stepbrother Tony Bolen (Sharlene) of Rushville; and her aunts, Dorotha Stephens, Betty Elder and Jolinda VanTrease. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
