We are sad to announce that on May 29, 2022, at the age of 92, Harold Hilt (Rushville, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Christopher and Mary Ellen Hilt (Talbert); his daughter Mary Catherine "Cathy" Carmichael; his daughter-in-law Irene Hilt; his siblings, Gilbert, Charles Hilt, Joyce Eliott and Imogene Runyon; and his grandson Jeremy Hilt.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanine Pearsey of Rushville; his children, Gregory Alan Hilt of Rushville, Bruce Hilt (Barbara) of Zionsville, Margaret Liggett (Gary) of Rushville and Jeanine Juan (Joe) of Summerville, SC; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Carmichael, Maggie Hilt (Andrew Hutchison), Daniel Liggett (Katie), Kelli Liggett (Mark Kalmach), Mary Catherine "Catie" Liggett (Joey Waggoner), Jared Juan (Reid Hughes), Jordan Juan, Daryen Hilt, Harper, Macy Liggett, Elaina and Nolan Juan; and his great great grandchild Indica Hilt.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Catholic School or to the Rushville Animal Shelter.
