He was predeceased by: his father Dale Haley; and his grandparents, Jim Bunch, Murphy and Irene Haley (Shiplet). He is survived by: his mother Julie Haley (Bunch); his brothers, Andy Tallent (Angie) of Morristown and Gus Haley of Rushville; his grandmother Gloria Bunch; and his nieces, Jamie and Gracie Tallent. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
