He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Lowes; his brother Gene Lowes; his sister-in-law Rosalie Lowes; and his grandson Avery Scott Lowes. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lowes (Smith); his children, Jeffrey Alan Lowes (Ruth Ann) of Lapel, IN and Shari Lowes (Ruth Lu) of Columbus, OH; his pet Abby; his siblings, Robert Lowes (Maureen) of Pleasant View, IN and Gail Spegal (Shirley) of Fairland, IN; and his grandsons, Garrett and Chandler Lowes.
