She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Louis and Lucy Bell Bulmer (Rifle); her husband Calvin C. Vail; and her siblings, Clarence Bulmer and Ethel Holbert.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Louis Vail (Deb) of Everton, Shirley Williams (Ron) of Nashville, IN, Carol Reed (Rocky) of Buena Vista and Connie Seals (Chesley) of Franklin County; and her brother Harold Bulmer of Rush County. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and3 great-great grandchildren.
