He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Ruhlman and Josephine Ruhlman (McClurg); and his sister Margaret Ann Ruhlman. He is survived by: his wife Jane Richmond; his children, Heather Rolfe (Dave) of Milroy and Ryan "Bub" Ruhlman (Rebecca Malcom) of Rushville; his grandchildren, Macy, Devon Rolfe and Addyson Ruhlman; and his brother John Dennis Ruhlman of Rush County.
