He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Sherwood and Mildred F. Sherwood (Holden); his daughter Amy Dunning; his grandson Adam Tonkin; and his siblings, Charles Sherwood, Bill Sherwood, Jim Sherwood, Harley Sherwood, Carol Souder, Collen Lushell and Sandra Schroeder.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Sherwood (Whitcomb); his daughters, Ellen Moran (Tim) of Rush County, Karen Malainy (Mark) of Canton, MI, Lisa Tonkin (John) of Centerville, OH and Ginger Doddridge (Scott) of Greenfield, IN; and his brother Kermit Sherwood (Judy) of Rushville. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
