She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Butts and Judith Ann Butts (Jones); her former husband David Davis; her stepfather Virgil Case; her daughter-in-law Pamela Welch; and her siblings, Timothy Butts and Robbie Butts.
She is survived by: her husband Denny Walker; her sons, Larry Welch of Shelbyville and Scott Welch (Heather) of Indianapolis; her stepson Denny Walker, Jr. (Melissa) of El Paso, TX; her daughters, Melissa Hurtado of Greenfield and Lori Stephens (Justin) of Carthage; her stepdaughters, Brandy Young (Bob) of Morristown and Linda Graham (Brian) of Columbus; and her siblings, Romona Grider, Sierra Cheek, Angela Butts, Raymond Butts (Carrie) and Amy Jo Butts. She is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
