He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cloyd, Sr. Rouse and Pauline Rouse (Smith); his wife Anna M. Shepherd; his sister Amanda Rouse of Rushville; his daughter Brandy Evans (Scott) of Rushville; his grandchildren, Emily, Cole Rouse, Dominick, Ethan, Khloe and Mason Evans; and his siblings, Louis Rouse of Rushville and Angie Rouse of Anderson. He was also cherished by several nieces & nephews.
