He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Balistrire (Richards); his wife Tasha Balistrire (Pike); his children, Drew Balistrire, Nicholas Balistrire, Aaron Balistrire, Jordan Balistrire, Brandon Goad, Corey Bruner, Landon Moore, Tyler Hicks and Cheryl Raisor; his siblings, Chad Martz and Candice "Candi" Fields (Todd); his grandsons, Dominic Balistrire and Walker Balistrire; and his pets, Bayleigh, Sophie and Bond.
