He was predeceased by: his father Maurice Justice; his brother Jack; his daughter Charlene Justice; and his sister Helen Justice. He is survived by: his wife Mary Johnson; and his children, Charles Allen (Kathy) of Hanover, Lynda Raab (Daryl) of Manilla, Lori Johnson (Rick) of Bluffton, Bryan Justice (Rhonda) of Manilla and Mike Justice (Tammy) of Rushville. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
