He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Penny Lanning of Rushville; his siblings, Don Lanning of Raleigh and Letha Sheppler of Connersville; and his grandchildren, Catherine Renea, Andrew Thomas Sweet of Spiceland, Rachel Michelle Dozal (Omar) of Rushville, Jonathan David Lanning of Rushville, Alexander Kordell, Xavier Charles Alysworth, Ashley Mohr, Kylie Rose Sweet and Zara Dozal.
