He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Hicks and Carolyn Hicks (White); and his sister Jeannette Green. He is survived by: his daughter Scarlett Hicks of Rushville; his siblings, Becky York of Mays, Phoebe Wickliff (Randy Jacobs) of Rushville, Frank Hicks of Mays, Tim Hicks of Franklin, Tom Hicks of Greensburg, Janet Hicks (Leo Mills) of Connersville and Tonya Mottau (Christian) of Danville; and his stepchildren, Brent Cochran and Natalie Cochran. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home (437 Amos Rd, Shelbyville, IN 46176). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
