It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Overshiner of Rushville, Indiana, born in Anderson, Indiana, who passed away on September 16, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Bill may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Bill touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida M Hunter and William D. Overshiner. He is survived by: his daughters, Russelleen Peterson of Anderson, IN and Candice Marie Carroll of South Carolina; his sisters, Vanessa Waldrep (Terry) and Cheryl Hunter Stigall (Rick); and his grandson Eric Wilhite.
