She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Ruble and Alta Ruble (Hankins); her spouse Jesse Shook; and her siblings, Rosemary Wildey, Jimmy, Jack and Steve Ruble.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Shook (Stephanie) of Rushville, Gregory Shook (Diana) of Rushville, Carolyn Whittaker (Edward) of Rushville, Brenda Montgomery (Bob) of Rushville, Dennis Shook (Melody) of Rushville, Mark Shook (Susan) of Greensburg, Kevin Shook (Jeannie) of Rushville and Marcia Cameron (Bennie) of Rushville; and her sisters, Shirley Means of Greensburg, Donna Makofka (Paul) of Rushville, Nancy Cloud (Jim) of Rushville and Bonnie Wagner of Rushville. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren.
