It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty June Elder of Rushville, Indiana, who passed away on February 27, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Mary E. Self (Jacobs); and her husband Roy E. Elder. She is survived by: her children, June E. Elder of Rushville, Edith F. Burgess (Michael) of Greensburg, Phillip W. Elder of Rushville, IN, Roy E. Elder Jr. (Gail) of Rushville, IN, Patrick L. Elder of Rushville, IN and David L. Elder (Barbara) of Shelbyville; and her sister Dorotha M. Stephens of Rushville. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and many nieces & nephews.
