She was predeceased by: her parents, Faye H. Wylie and Kathryn Jenkins Wylie; her husband Samuel Elias Ashby; her sisters, Janet Land, Mary Davey and Dorothy Bess; her son Bill Ashby; and her close friend Phillip Schutt.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Ashby (Maggie), Jean Bennett (Perry) and Sandra Coons (George); and her grandchildren, Katie Bean (Rob), Joe Ashby (Jessica), Matthew Ashby, David Kissick (Emily), Tyler Coons, Wylie Coons (Kimberly) and Kent Spurgeon. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and four great-great grand children.
Memorial's may be given to Trinity Presbyterian church or a charity of your choice.
