He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilda Spaeth (Geis) and John Ignatius Spaeth; his wife Betty Spaeth (Ritzi); his grandchildren, Douglas Martin Spaeth and Holli Michelle Spaeth; his sisters, Ellen Wilhelm, Rita Sheeran and Ruth Stuckey; and his son-in-law Brian Sutter.
He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Joanne Schultz (Richard), Eileen Marie Clemons (Gary), Constance Susan Amos (Jeff), Regina Lynn (Sutter), Ann Marie Robben and Jennifer Kathleen Hoeing (Darren); his grandsons, David Marion Spaeth (Debbie Carpenter), Richard Michael Spaeth (Regina Wagner), Michael Edward Spaeth (Karen Sowder), William John Spaeth (Julie Knecht), James Patrick Spaeth (Darlene Knecht), Charles Joseph Spaeth (Debbie Reiner) and Bernard Gerard Spaeth (Lisa Williams); his siblings, Mary Barr of Indianapolis, IN, Louis Spaeth (Kay) of Middletown, OH and Robert Spaeth (Jeanie) of Rushville, IN; and his grandfather Bernie. He is also survived by 50 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren and three great grandsons.
