He was predeceased by: his parents, O. Graydon Lykins and Dorothy Lykins (Risselman). He is survived by: his siblings, Jon Lykins (Teresa) of Glenwood, Mark Lykins of Rushville, Holly Mohr (Randy) of McCordsville, Ann Copley (Larry) of Rushville and Susan Lykins (Eddie Coers) of Rushville. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
