He is survived by: his children, Amy Bell of Shelbyville, Jeremy Bell (WrayDeana) of Rushville, David Fields of Rushville and Amber Ogden of Rushville; his grandchildren, Keegan, Preston, Michael, David, Brianna, Blake, Caitlyn and Cheyann; and his great grandchildren, Ryeanna and Elaine.
