It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Ross Hamill of Rushville, Indiana, who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Val Laker; her former spouse Gene Ross; her spouse Wilmer "Joe" Hamill; her stepmother Rose Rosswurm Laker (Magsam); her son Randy Ross; and her stepson Edward Hamill.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Ann Brown of Brown County, Sue Ross of Maynardville, TN and Phillip Ross (Emily) of Tallahassee, FL; her stepson Robert Hamill of Adair, OK; her sisters, Eleanor Lengrich of Decatur, IN and Myrna "Joey" Fravel of Decatur, IN; and her grandchildren, Tony Ross (Sol), Heather Robinson (Kevin) and Mandi Ross.
