She was predeceased by: her brother Randy Herbert; and her niece Belinda Bowman. She is survived by: her significant other Donald L. Sheffler; and her siblings, Kim Herbert (Melinda) of Connersville and Kibbie Herbert of Rushville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a great niece.
