He was predeceased by: his niece Melina Gail Robinson; his uncle Rodney Lewis; and his grandparents, Hughlette Lewis, William, Eileen Crank and James Sizemore.
He is survived by: his parents, Myra G. Sizemore and Randy Sizemore; his wife Melissa Alfarano; his children, Trevor Crank and Adalyn Crank; his sister Miranda Robinson; and his parents-in-law, Tony and Tresa Alfarano. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
