We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2024, at the age of 79, Richard S. Rude of Royal Center, Indiana, born in Winamac, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Rude and Vivian Rude (Stoner); his sister Alice Howard; and his great grandchild Carson Rude. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Rude of Royal Center; his children, Brian Rude (Linda) of Logansport, Jennifer Steill (Brad) of Lafayette, Bradley Rude of Kokomo and Rachel Navel of Lafayette; his sisters, Carolyn Wischmann of Florida, Vivian Howton (Richard) of Elkhart, Ginger Hoekstra (David) of Michigan and Sharin Najera (Michael) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Sadie McCormick (Reed), Ally Schimmel (Reed), Jesse Reed, Hannah Steill, Rhett Steill, Brianna Rude-Doerges, Brooklyn Rude, Brandi Rude, Cody Rude and Mackinzee Rude.
