She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Zeek and Virginia Smith (Foust); her grandson Aaden Snay; her brother Michael Smith; and her stepfather Lawrence Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Bart Howard (Doris) of Logansport, Jennifer Snay of Kokomo and Courtney Mosier (Jeremy) of Logansport. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
