We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2024, at the age of 89, Maxine J. Oswalt of Royal Center, Indiana, born in Logansport, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Oswalt; her parents, Clarence Wilson and Nora Catherine Wilson (Hall); and her sister Joan Kistler. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Oswalt (Dyann) of Royal Center, Nancy Greiner (Dennis) of Royal Center and Jilene Malchow (Mike) of Royal Center; her grandchildren, Adam Oswalt (Sarah), Rebekah Collins (Brandon), Rachel Malchow, Brandon Greiner (Ellen), Mike Malchow (Keri), Justin Malchow (Olivia) and Tiffany Greiner (Noel); her great grandchildren, Josh, Kaylie, Renee, Ashlin, Tyler, Hayley, Lukas, Lizzie, Selah, Laylynn, Eliza, Devin, Elena, Jaynie, Lia, Owen, Weston, Elaina and Kasen; and her great great grandchildren, Sebastian and Maebree.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Rans Funeral Home (304 N Chicago St, Royal Center, IN 46978). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
