She was predeceased by: her parents, George Miller and Evelyn Miller (Boller); her sister Marilyn Ferguson; and her children-in-law, Mildred "Millie" Smith and Barry Cunningham.

She is survived by: her children, Bradley Smith of Logansport, Steve Smith of Florida, Lorie Solomon of Royal Center and Amy Cunningham of Logansport; and her grandchildren, Jessica Ingle (Rick), Amanda Shively, Ryan Cunningham (Amy), Courtney Creviston (Darrell) and Sky Solomon (Avi Kolan). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
