He was predeceased by: his parents, Quincy Berkshire and Violet Berkshire (Kerns); his sons, Michael Berkshire and Richard Berkshire; and his siblings, Jim, Donny, Sonny, Larry Dean Berkshire and Margie Kesling.
He is survived by: his wife Vada Berkshire of Royal Center; his children, Tim Berkshire (Lori) of Royal Center and Valerie Ranee Fisher (Steve) of Franklin; his siblings, Sue Blackwood of Florida, Rhonda Trapp (Max) of Royal Center and Jay Bill Berkshire (Sharon) of Galveston; and his daughter-in-law Sandy Berkshire of Camden. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren.
