He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Small and Eileen Small (Mortor); and his sister Mary Ann Berkshire. He is survived by: his wife Agnes Small of Royal Center; his children, Charlie "Jeff" Small (Brenda) of Logansport, Pam Small of Camden, Randy Small (Lisa) of Royal Center and Teresa Vermaas (David) of Logansport; and his sister Charleen Bigford of Tennessee. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren plus twin.
