He is survived by: his former wife Diana Christine Woodhouse; his spouse Chris Foerman of Royal Center, Indiana; his children, Rebekah Foerman of Royal Center, Indiana and David Foerman (Shannon) of Huntington, Indiana; his grandchildren, Bryce Foerman (Irene) of Huntington, Indiana, Noah Foerman of Huntington, Indiana and Kendall Foerman of Huntington, Indiana; his sisters, Celia Foerman of Arizona and Marsha Foerman of Arizona; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Wooldridge (Garry) of Galveston, Indiana, Steve Woodhouse of Burnettsville, Ben Woodhouse of Monticello and Larry Woodhouse of Tennessee. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Great Nephews, Aunts, and Cousins.
