She is survived by: her grandchildren, Amy Faverty (Danny) of Memphis, David Smith (Liz) of Moore Haven, Jill Shannon (Cary) of Monon, Kathryn Weaver of Monon and Lisa Gray of Indianapolis; and her great grandchildren, Sarah Jane Faverty, Will Faverty, Ethan Shannon and Eli Shannon.
