With profound sadness, we say goodbye to William Waters of Rossville, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Though William may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those William touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Vodicka and Evelyn Vodicka of Chicago Illinois; his wife Carol Hope Waters of Tennessee; and his brothers, Frank, John and James.
He is survived by: his sister Linda Shelton; his daughter Sherri Water Kolep; and his stepsons, Mike, Steve, Patrick and Larry Gaston. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
