She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Earl and Mildred Pearl Mitchell (Greeno); her husband John W. Israel; and her daughter Teresa Blacker. She is survived by: her children, John W. "Bill" Israel Jr. (Marilyn) of Evansville, Michael L. Israel of Frankfort, Kathryn S. Israel of Lafayette, Lori J. Meredith (Tony) of Frankfort and Brian S. Israel of Rural Frankfort. She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren; 26 Great-Grandchildren; 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren; along with several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, a son-in-law, and several nieces and nephews.
