She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Wainscott and Adah Wainscott (Dukes); her husband Leon Gray; and her siblings, Ollie Burns, Mary Thompson, Frances Peters, Anna Hiatt and Gerald Wainscott.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Puckett (Gray) and Gary W. Gray; her children-in-law, Vickie Paris-Gray and Robert Puckett; and her granddaughters, Carol Puckett Dishon (Gunnar), Nicole Gray Weaver (Matthew), Kelley Gray, Caren Puckett Crum and Christy Gray Mendoza (Sal).
Memorial contributions in Thelma's honor may be made to Oakland Christian Church Building Fund or Rossville Presbyterian Church.
