He was predeceased by: his parents, Orion Barclay and Iris Geneva Huffer (Pittsenbarger); and his sisters, Belva Rule and Sara Crum. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Black; his children, JB Huffer (Marna) and Kristi Skiles (Scott); his grandchildren, Matt Skiles (Melissa), Megan Hensley (Chris), Jared Huffer and Mallory Huffer; his great grandchildren, Austin, Kayla, Tori, Jordan, Caleb and Callie; and his great great grandchildren, Krew, Mani and Harper.
Memorial contributions may be made in Richard's honor to the Rossville Bible Fellowship Church or the Rossville School Foundation.
