He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Elsea and Kathleen Nolan Elsea; and his wife Norma Howe. He is survived by: his daughter Rachel Kathleen Elsea Shaff of Frankfort; his sister Marilyn St. John; his former wife Nancy Sims; and his grandchildren, Madison and Owen Lucas.
