He was predeceased by: his father Howard J. Leslie. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Sue Leslie (Swihart) of Frankfort; his brother Kyle Leslie (Robin) of Crawfordsville; his children, Dustin Leslie (Kati) of Mulberry and Amy Sisco (Matt) of Kokomo; and his grandchildren, Nellie, Hattie Leslie, Abigail, Wyatt Colby, Levi and Savannah Sisco. He is also survived by one niece and three nephews.
