He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Wells of Frankfort and Janna CaraKay Miller of McLeansboro, IL; his grandchildren, Aidon, Wyatt, Morgon, Miles, James, Jaiden, Ricki, Bailey, Tanner and Peyton; and his nephews, Justin, Jared, Shane, Shannon, David Jr. and Randy Paul.
