He is survived by: his wife Amber Robbins; his friends, Billy, Rob and Doug; his children, Ralph Arthur Addy, Jr. (Barb) of Lafayette and Nicole Baker (Bryan) of Delphi; his siblings, Leonard J. Addy (Mary) of Ohio, Cheryl A. O'Donnell (Joe) of Camden, Barbara L. Hawkins (Les) of Jamestown and Cathy S. LaClair (Randy) of New York; his grandchildren, Alexis, Jayde, Preston and Bianca; and his great grandchildren, Anastasia and Trinity.
