He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Reed and Edith Reed; his wife Alta Reed of Rossville; his children, Amy Will (Paul), Gregg Reed (Mary Ann) and Ryan Reed (Alicia); his grandchildren, Lexi Reed, Laci Reed, Harrison Kossover, Liam Reed and Aubree Reed; and his brother Allan Reed. He was also cherished by his family and friends.

In leu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the Leukemia Research Foundation.
