He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Woollen (Karen) and Keith Woollen; his sister-in-law Dianna Woollen; his niece Jenna Horton; his nephew Ryan Dilley; his aunts, Velma Ford and Barb Super; and his grandchildren, Collin, Brayden, Abigail, Andrew and Jacob Woollen.
