He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Miller and Mirtel Miller (Wessel); his wife Gladys Irene Yoder; his brother Gene Miller; his granddaughter Stephanie Miller; and his great grandchild Ted Brubaker.

He is survived by: his children, Dennis Miller (Bonnie), Bruce Miller (Deb), Roger Miller (Renita) and Sandra Long (Mark). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 50 great grandchildren; and a great-great grandchild.

Memorial contributions may be made in Harley's honor to the Kokomo Rescue Mission.
