He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dutter and Edna Dutter (Blocher); his siblings, David Dutter (Jane) and Georgia Wade; and his siblings-in-law, Myrna Dutter and Stan Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Yoder; his children, Rochelle Miller (Lowell), Gail Miller (Maurice), Brenda Boyd (Martin), Janet Sink (Ed), Marlene Long (Duane), Marleta Brubaker (Aaron) and Renita Hess (David); and his siblings, Ivan Dutter (Bonnie), Charlotte Flora (Hollis), Doris Oyler (Atlee), Marshall Dutter (Rosalene) and Martha Meador (Mike). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and 91 great grandchildren.
